Keep your diet and the cheesecake with this super easy to make Strawberry Protein Cheesecake recipe! If you’re craving cheesecake and like strawberries then you’re going to love this healthy, low sugar, and absolutely delicious recipe.

All you need to do to make this cheesecake is to take out a large bowl and add into it 2 large whole eggs, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of your choice sweetener, 2 scoops of a vanilla protein powder, 2 containers of a strawberry Greek yogurt, 12 ounces of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of strawberry jelly, and 1/2 cup of chopped fresh strawberries.

Have strawberry protein powder? Use that instead and it’l level up this strawberry protein cheesecake even more!

Mix all of those ingredients together. I use a hand mixer like this to speed this part up. You can also let your cream cheese soften up a bit before adding it in and it’ll mix easier (if you’re not using a hand mixer).

Using fat free, reduced fat, or full fat ingredients is completely up to you and your macros.

Take out a 6×2 cheesecake pan, line it with some parchment paper, and pour your strawberry protein cheesecake mix in. You should have enough to fill it almost all of the way to the top.

Don’t have a 6×2 cheesecake pan? Use whatever size you have just keep in mind that you baking times will change so make sure to keep an eye on your cheesecake!

Put your cheesecake into the oven on 325F/162C for 30-35 minutes.

Turn your heat down to 200F/93C and bake for an additional 50-60 minutes.

Remove it from the oven, let it cool, wrap it up, and put it in the fridge for a few hours. You want it to fully cool for the best texture so leave it in the fridge as long as you can (I usually put mine in overnight).

Protein Cheesecake Topping

Unwrap it once cooled and top it with whatever you want! I topped mine today with some Greek yogurt and more fresh strawberries. Let me know what your favorite topping(s) are for yours in the comments below.

Pro tip? Low the sugar even more in this recipe by using a plain Greek yogurt.

Add even more protein to this strawberry protein cheesecake with a High Protein Frosting!

Wow so happy I came across this recipe. This cheesecake came out even better than I could have imagined. Definitely hits the spot for the cheesecake craving while being macro friendly! I used Philadelphia light cream cheese instead of zero fat since that is what is available in Canada. Also used Dymatize vanilla casein (2 scoops or only 33 grams) and it came out perfect! Just the right consistency! Highly recommend this recipe. Now which flavour should I try next is the question??
