This Banana PB&J Quest Cakes recipe is not just high in fiber but also a really quick, healthy sweet tooth killer with a ton of flavor!

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Peanut Butter & Jelly Quest Bars
  • 4 Slices Banana
  • 4 Tablespoons Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons (72g) Jelly (Sugar Free or Fiber)

  • Calories: 134
  • Fat: 5g
  • Saturated Fat: .75g
  • Sodium: 175.25mg
  • Carbs: 21.5g
  • Fiber: 11.75g
  • Sugar: 8.25g
  • Protein: 10.5g

Take out your Quest Bars and put them onto either a plate or paper towel. Coat a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Microwave your Quest Bars for :13. Cut your Quest Bars in half. With your hands, mold each piece to the inside of a mini muffin spot. Bake on 400°F/204°C for 5:00. After baking them add in 1 Tablespoon of Greek Yogurt, 1 Tablespoon of Jelly, and 1 Slice of Banana to each one. Mouthgasm!


  • Use whatever flavor jelly you want!
