Chocolate Mint Protein Overnight Oats

Craving thin mints on your diet? Try some Chocolate Mint Overnight Protein Oats! This high protein oatmeal recipe is super easy to make, delicious, and guaranteed to satisfy your seasonal craving!

All you need for this recipe is a bowl big enough for all of your ingredients and something to cover your bowl with.

Add right into your bowl 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 3 ounces of unsweetened milk substitute, 1 1/2 scoops of a chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract, 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips, 1/2 container of a vanilla Greek yogurt, and a couple drops of some optional green food coloring.

Make sure you’re using peppermint extract and not mint extract which is more of a spearmint flavor.

Mix all of your chocolate mint protein overnight oats ingredients together until smooth.

Did you know that cocoa powder is cheap, has no sugar in it, and has 2g of fiber per serving?

Cover your protein oatmeal and put it into the fridge for a couple hours (preferably overnight).

Pro tip? Use mason jar(s) to easily store your chocolate mint protein overnight oats and take with you in the morning!Top it with some Greek yogurt and chocolate chips!

Remove it from the fridge and top it with some green Greek yogurt and/or chocolate chips. You can make your Greek yogurt green by adding a couple drops of some green food coloring to it!

  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - Chocolate
