    Hey Derek,

I recently found you on You Tube and I’m looking forward to trying some of your recipes. Your Lemon Pie Overnight Protein Oatmeal recipe really appeals to me. Anyway, I was wondering what your thoughts are on someone who is trying to lean out eating this for breakfast, seeing as it contains 17g of sugar. Any advice you could give me would be much appreciated. By the way, I’ve just bought all the ingredients for your Sriracha Tuna Chilli, which I’ll be making tonight.

    Ivan
