Save your macros with cookie dough! These Chocolate Cookie Dough Protein Bites are diet friendly and take just minutes to make. This no bake and high protein recipe is guaranteed to leave you satisfied!

Add into a mixing bowl 2 tablespoons of coconut flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar free chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract, 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar, 2 1/2 scoops of a vanilla protein powder, 1/8 cup of sugar free syrup, 1 ounce of unsweetened milk substitute, and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Mix everything together until your chocolate chip cookie dough protein bites mix is smooth.

Take out another bowl and crush up 1 full graham cracker sheet into it. You’re going to put your protein bites in this bowl so make sure it’s big enough to fit them.

That’s it, you’re done! You can optionally put them in the fridge or freezer to harden up (no bake cookies!) or press into them some chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

I ended up making 7 protein bites today but make however many you want. Keep in mind that if you make more, they’ll have less calories and if you make less, they’ll have more calories.

Do you have to include the protein powder?

This is simple and delicious! If you love raw cookie dough you have to try this recipe! Totally hits the spot if you’re craving chocolate chip cookies! You can also play around with it and use PB2 instead of peanut butter or do half and half.
