- 1 Peanut Butter & Jelly Quest Bar
- 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon (18g) Jelly (Sugar Free or Fiber)

Take out your Peanut Butter & Jelly Quest Bar and put it onto either a paper towel or plate. Microwave your Quest Bar for :10. Cut your Quest Bar in half. Flatten your Quest Bar halves with either a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass. Add your Peanut Butter to one half and your Jelly to the other. Sandwich your halves together. Mouthgasm!
