My quick delicious take on a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich incorporating a Quest Bar! This Quest Bar Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich is not just delicious but full of protein and fiber as well!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Peanut Butter & Jelly Quest Bar
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon (18g) Jelly (Sugar Free or Fiber)

  • Calories: 315
  • Fat: 18g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 400mg
  • Carbs: 33g
  • Fiber: 21g
  • Sugar: 10g
  • Protein: 23.5g

Take out your Peanut Butter & Jelly Quest Bar and put it onto either a paper towel or plate. Microwave your Quest Bar for :10. Cut your Quest Bar in half. Flatten your Quest Bar halves with either a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass. Add your Peanut Butter to one half and your Jelly to the other. Sandwich your halves together. Mouthgasm!
