A cookie that’s as big as a pizza and healthy, low in sugar, and high in protein and fiber? No you’re not dreaming! This Quest Cookie Pizza is sweet tooth serial killer.

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bars
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 3 Ounces (85g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon (5g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup (25g) Granola

  • Calories: 785
  • Fat: 29g
  • Saturated Fat: 8g
  • Sodium: 823mg
  • Carbs: 75g
  • Fiber: 39g
  • Sugar: 17g
  • Protein: 57g

Calories per Piece (if you make 4):

  • Calories: 196
  • Fat: 7.25g
  • Saturated Fat: 2g
  • Sodium: 205.75mg
  • Carbs: 18.5g
  • Fiber: 9.75g
  • Sugar: 4.25g
  • Protein: 14.25g

Take out your Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bars and put them onto either a plate or paper towel. Microwave your Quest Bars for :12. Shape your Quest Bars into a large circle. Take out and coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Put your large circle onto the baking sheet. Bake on 400°F/204°C for 6:00. After baking spread your Peanut Butter over the top evenly and then your Greek Yogurt, Cocoa Powder, Ground Cinnamon, and Granola. Cut your Quest Pizza. Pizza party!

  • Oh my goodness run don’t walk to store to get some quest bars i’m glad i altered with just 1 bar to make 1 serving added 1tbsp of peanut butter marshmallows whey into plain greek ( drop carbs and sugar) and topped it with pb2, the cocoa powder and granola…. fantastic

  • I have this random assortment/stash of Quest Bars in my “cookie jar”, and yes it fools everyone when they come over, ha! But these are simple much better than “traditional” cookies- I think.
