Quest Cookies & Cream Balls Recipe

Some of the best balls you will ever eat! These Quest Cookies & Cream Balls are quick to make, full of fiber, and high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cookies & Cream Quest Bar
  • 1 Ounce (28g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon (17g) Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt

  • Saturated Fat: 5g
  • Sodium: 505mg
  • Carbs: 33g
  • Fiber: 18g
  • Sugar: 9g
  • Protein: 36g

Take out your Cookies & Cream Quest Bar and put it onto either a plate or paper towel. Microwave your Quest Bar for :11. Divide your Quest Bar into 4 or 5 pieces and shape those pieces into balls. Take out a baking sheet, line it with some parchment paper, and then put your pieces onto it (or spray a baking sheet with some non-stick cooking spray if you don’t have parchment paper). Bake your balls for 5:00 on 400°F/204°C. Take out a bowl and combine your Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Sweetener, Peanut Butter, and Greek Yogurt together. Mix until thick/creamy. Roll your balls around in your mix until they are fully covered. Mouthgasm!


  • Top them with some sugar free chocolate chips or whatever else you can think of!
