These quick, delicious, healthy, and high fiber Quest Cookies & Cream Sticks are the perfect snack and sweet tooth killer!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cookies & Cream Quest Bar
  • 1 1/2 Ounces (42g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 2.65 Ounces (75g) Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt

  • Fat: 15g
  • Saturated Fat: 5g
  • Sodium: 590mg
  • Carbs: 32g
  • Fiber: 18g
  • Sugar: 7g
  • Protein: 38g

Take out your Cookies & Cream Quest Bar and put it onto either a plate or paper towel. Microwave your Quest Bar for :11. Cut your Quest Bar into 9 pieces. Take out a baking sheet, line it with some parchment paper, and then put your pieces onto it. Bake your pieces for 5:00 on 400°F/204°C. Take out a bowl and combine your Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Sweetener, Peanut Butter, and Greek Yogurt together. Mix until thick/creamy. Dip your Sticks in! Mouthgasm!

    I noticed that several of your recipes include peanut butter, I you haven’t already you may want to try P2b, powdered peanut butter, real peanut butter that has had the oil pressed out of it. Comes in regular and chocolate…much less fat, calories and carbs but very tasty and does not mess with the integrity or flavor of your great recipes.
