Quest PROTEIN Tarts Recipe (High Fiber)

This Quest Protein Tarts recipe is more than just a mouth full of flavor…it’s healthy, quick to prepare, and packed with fiber and protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Mixed Berry Quest Bar
  • 5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons (32g) Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tablespoons (6g) Chia Seeds (Optional)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries

  • Calories: 445
  • Fat: 13g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 515mg
  • Carbs: 45g
  • Fiber: 27g
  • Sugar: 12g
  • Protein: 38g

Take out your Mixed Berry Quest Bar and put it onto either a plate or paper towel. Microwave your Quest Bar for :12. Take out a Tart dish or pan and coat it with non-stick cooking spray. Press your microwaved Quest Bar into your dish or pan until it fills up the whole thing (might take a couple minutes). Bake on 375°F/190°C for 4:00-5:00. Take out a bowl and combine/mix all of your other ingredients together aside from the Blueberries. Pour your mix on top of your baked Quest Bar. Top with Blueberries. Mouthgasm!

Tips:

  • Use different flavor Greek yogurt like strawberry, chocolate, etc with chopped strawberries, nuts, chocolate chips, or anything else you can think of on top! Mix and match to find your favorite flavor combinations!
