In this video I transform the already delicious Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar into a delicious AND healthy Quest Whoopie Pie!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Quest Bar = 1 Whoopie Pie (Double Chocolate Chunk or Chocolate Brownie Preferred)
  • 2 Ounces (60g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter
  • 3 Ounces (84g) Fat Free Cream Cheese

Calories per Whoopie Pie:

  • Calories: 254
  • Fat: 8g
  • Saturated Fat: 3g
  • Sodium: 434mg
  • Carbs: 31.5g
  • Fiber: 17g
  • Sugar: 4g
  • Protein: 28.5g

Take out your Quest Bars and put them onto either a plate or paper towel. Microwave your Quest Bars for :13. Cut your Quest Bars in half. Shape your pieces into circles. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and put your pieces onto it. Bake on 400°F/204°C for 5:00. Add the rest of your ingredients into a bowl and mix them together. Spread your frosting onto 2 of your pieces and then top them with the other pieces, creating your Whoopie Pies. Enjoy!

  • Very good recipe, I used the cookie dough flavor, and boy did they look nice. They tasted really good too, only thing that was a bit off was the frosting. I think next time i’ll make a protein powder frosting.
