Affordable stove top pans (high quality too):

Combine all of your ingredients into a large bowl. Mix everything together with a whisk or hand mixer. Take out a large stove top pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and then coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix in (making your pancakes however big you want to make them) and cook each side of your pancake for around 2-3 minutes. Top with whatever you want. Mouthgasm!

  • Top your pancakes with some sugar free chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries!

      • Not sure if it was my phone or what. I was having a heck of a time trying to add the ingredients & the phone/app would NOT cooperate. It wasn’t the end of the world, I just added the macros to my tally for the day (these were my last meal, anyway). I need to go back & try the add, again. I WAS successful adding recipes for the carrot cake & cinnamon roll pancakes minus the frosting (because I had both with your high protein frosting). I’m glad I did. It will make life a lot easier because I’m SURE I’ll be repeating those!
