These Strawberry Quest Rolls will remind you of a delicious strawberry filled doughnut stick…without the guilt! Quick to make, healthy, loaded with fiber, and high in protein!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Strawberry Cheesecake Quest Bar
  • 2 Tablespoons (34g) Sugar Free Strawberry Jelly

Calories in the WHOLE recipe:

  • Calories: 180
  • Fat: 4.5g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 250mg
  • Carbs: 31g
  • Fiber: 20g
  • Sugar: 2g
  • Protein: 20g

Calories in each Roll (if you make 2 Rolls):

  • Calories: 90
  • Fat: 2.25g
  • Saturated Fat: 0g
  • Sodium: 125mg
  • Carbs: 15.5g
  • Fiber: 10g
  • Sugar: 1g
  • Protein: 10g

Take out your Strawberry Cheesecake Quest Bar, unwrap it, and then put it onto either a plate or paper towel. Microwave your Quest Bar for :11 Seconds. Take out 2 wooden spoons and coat the handles of them with some non-stick cooking spray. If you don’t have wooden spoons, anything with a round handle that’s oven-safe will work. Cut your Quest Bar in half and then mold each half of your Quest Bar to the ends of your wooden spoon handles (or whatever you’re using). Make sure to close off the back end of the handle. Bake on 350°F/176°C for 5:00. Take out a dessert decorator, add your Jelly into it, and then shoot your Jelly into the holes of your Quest Rolls. Questgasm!


  • Let them cool before you remove the wooden spoon handles (so they don’t close up)!
  • Fill them with Greek Yogurt, Protein Frosting, another flavor Jelly, or anything else you can think of instead of Strawberry Jelly!
