This is a really quick, delicious, and healthy Sweet Potato Protein Shake recipe! Loaded with a ton of flavor, protein, complex carbohydrates, and fiber!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Cup (8 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 4 1/2 Ounces (126g) Cooked/Canned Sweet Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

  • Calories: 310
  • Fat: 6g
  • Saturated Fat: 4g
  • Sodium: 318mg
  • Carbs: 35g
  • Fiber: 6g
  • Sugar: 16g
  • Protein: 29g
