- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 3 Scoops Protein Powder Chocolate
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats or Coconut Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
