Cupcakes

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 Scoops Protein Powder Chocolate
  • ¼ Cup Sweetener
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips Sugar Free

Frosting

  • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese Fat Free
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener
  • ½ Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Vanilla
  • 2-4 Drops Red Food Coloring *Optional

Instructions

  • Combine all of your dry ingredients for your Cupcakes into a bowl
  • Mix them together
  • Combine all of your wet ingredients for your Cupcakes aside from your Chocolate Chips into another bowl
  • Mix them together
  • Slowly add your dry mix into your wet mix
  • Melt your Chocolate Chips (optional) and lightly mix them in
  • Take out some heart shaped cups and evenly distribute your mix into them
  • Bake on 350F/176C 18-22 minutes
  • Mix all of your Frosting ingredients together
  • Spread your Frosting onto your Cupcakes
