Materials

  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • 10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain Fat Free
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ¾ Cup Cornmeal
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Natural or Vanilla
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions

  • Turn your Rolled Oats into flour by processing or blending them
  • Take out a bowl and mix all of your ingredients together
  • Coat a baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour your mix in
  • Bake on 425F/218C for 15-20 minutes
