- 10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain Fat Free
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
- ¾ Cup Cornmeal
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Natural or Vanilla
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
Turn your Rolled Oats into flour by processing or blending them
Take out a bowl and mix all of your ingredients together
Coat a baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray
