- 1 Pound Ground Beef Lean (or Ground Turkey)
- 1 Extra Large Whole Egg
- ½ Yellow Onion Chopped
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ¾ Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Cloves Garlic or 1 ½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- ⅓ Cup Bread Crumbs Whole Wheat
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce Sriracha
Chop up your Yellow Onion
Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl

Put your meatballs onto a baking sheet coated with some non-stick cooking spray
Bake them on 375F/190C for 10-12 minutes
