Materials

Stove

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice Your Choice
  • 1 ½ Cups Milk Substitute
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener Your Choice
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 3 Scoops Protein Powder I like Vanilla

Microwave

  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice Your Choice
  • ½ Cup Milk Substitute
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener Your Choice
  • ½ Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder I like Vanilla

Make Your Own Rice

  • 1 Cup Rice Your Choice
  • 2 Cups Milk Substitute
  • 2 Cups Water
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Stovetop

  • Add your Rice and Milk into a pan
  • Mix them together and cover over medium heat
  • Once boiling, uncover, and let it simmer on low heat for around 10-15 minutes
  • Remove it from the heat and mix in your Ground Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Sweetener, Coconut Flour, and Protein Powder
  • Add more milk as needed if your flour/powder dry it out too much

Microwave

  • Mix together your Rice, Milk, Ground Cinnamon, and Vanilla Extract
  • Microwave for around 2-3 minutes
  • Mix in your Sweetener, Coconut Flour, and Protein Powder

Make Your Own Rice

  • Bring all of your ingredients to a boil
  • Cover and reduce your heat
  • Let everything simmer until fluffy while occasionally stirring everything around so that it doesn't burn
