Materials

Base Layer

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Use a flavor that compliments Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup/Sugar Free Alternative
  • 4 Ounces Greek Yogurt Use a flavor that compliments Peanut Butter

Middle Layer

  • 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter

Top Layer

  • 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips Use Chocolate, White Chocolate, Sugar Free, and so on!

Instructions

Base Layer

  • Mix all of your Base Layer ingredients together until everything is combined
  • Evenly distribute that mix into the bottom of something you can layer (muffin, mini muffin, silicone cups, etc)
  • Press your mix in/flatten each spot out

Middle Layer

  • Mix your Middle Layer ingredients together
  • Evenly distribute them onto your Base Layer
  • Press that mix in/flatten it out

Top Layer

  • Microwave whatever you're using for :30 seconds
  • Mix it around
  • Repeat until melted/spreadable
  • Evenly distribute on top
  • Put them into the freezer for around 20 minutes
