Base Layer
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Use a flavor that compliments Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup/Sugar Free Alternative
- 4 Ounces Greek Yogurt Use a flavor that compliments Peanut Butter
Middle Layer
- 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter
Top Layer
- 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips Use Chocolate, White Chocolate, Sugar Free, and so on!
