Materials

  • 2 Large Egg Whites or 6 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites 92g
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • Salt *Optional
  • Black Pepper *Optional
  • Seasoning *Optional (Your choice)

  • Mix together your ingredients
  • Coat an 8’’ pan with some non-sticking cooking spray, turn your burn on medium heat, and pour your mix in
  • Cook each side for 1-2 minutes
