Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast - 32 Ounces (Chopped)
  • 1 Can Chickpeas - 15.5 Ounces Drained & Rinsed
  • 1 ½ Pounds Sweet Potatoes - Chopped
  • 8 Ounces Carrots - Baby or Chopped
  • 1 Cup Corn - Frozen
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes - 14.5 Ounces Fire Roasted
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
  • ½ White Onion - Chopped
  • 4 Cups Bone Broth - 32 Ounces Chicken

Instructions

  • Take out your slow cooker (optionally lined for easy clean up) and add all of your ingredients into it
  • Mix everything around
  • Throw your lid on and cook it on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours (mix occasionally if you’re around)
