- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast Chopped
- 1 Can Chickpeas 15.5 Ounces Drained & Rinsed
- 1 ½ Pounds Sweet Potatoes Chopped
- 8 Ounces Carrots Baby or Chopped
- 1 Cup Corn Frozen
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 Ounces Fire Roasted
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- ½ White Onion Chopped
- 32 Ounces Bone Broth Chicken
Take out your slow cooker (optionally lined for easy clean up) and add all of your ingredients into it
Mix everything around
Throw your lid on and cook it on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours (mix occasionally if you’re around)
Add in some spinach to your portions!
