- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Favorite Flavor
- 1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt or Light/Fat Free Sour Cream
- 2 Ounces Cold Brew or Coffee/Espresso
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
Coat a mug with some non-stick cooking spray
Add all of your ingredients into it
Mix everything together
Microwave for around 1 1/2-2 minutes
Top it with some peanut butter!
Take it out of the microwave once it rises (keep an eye on it for next time)!
