- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 2 Large Egg Whites
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 2 Ounces Eggnog or Eggnog Substitute
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese Fat or Reduced Fat Preferred
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
Combine all of your ingredients into either a bowl, blender, or food processor
Mix everything together
Turn your burner on medium heat, coat a pan with non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in
Cook each side for around 2-3 minutes
