Materials

  • 2 Cans Tuna Drained
  • 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs Whole Wheat
  • Cup Cheddar Cheese Mild (Reduced Fat)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley
  • 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise Low Fat
  • ½ Cup Celery Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion Chopped

Instructions

  • Drain your Tuna, chop up your Celery + Red Onion, and combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into balls
  • Bake on 350F/176C for 15-20 minutes
