- 2 Cans Tuna Drained
- 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs Whole Wheat
- ⅔ Cup Cheddar Cheese Mild (Reduced Fat)
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise Low Fat
- ½ Cup Celery Chopped
- ¼ Cup Red Onion Chopped
Drain your Tuna, chop up your Celery + Red Onion, and combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
Mix everything together
Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into balls
Bake on 350F/176C for 15-20 minutes
Top your balls with some low fat mayonnaise and cheese!
