Materials

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey or Beef/Chicken (Lean)
  • 1 Cup Pizza Cheese Fat Free/Reduced Fat
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning or Powder
  • Salt Your choice
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Rice Cooked Brown
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • Pizza Sauce *For Topping (Your choice)

Instructions

  • Combine and mix all of your ingredients together
  • Take out a baking pan, line it with some foil or parchment paper for easy clean up, and shape your balls however big you want them
  • Bake on 350F/176C for around 25-30 minutes depending on how big your balls are
  • Top with Pizza Sauce
