- ¼ Cup Almond Flour or Coconut
- 6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter 96g
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese Full, Reduced, or Fat Free
- 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- Chocolate Chips or Other Toppings *Optional
