Ingredients

  • 6 Large Liquid Egg Whites - Pasteurized
  • 40 Grams Protein Powder - Your choice flavor
  • 1 Packet Sweetener
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter - 32g
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder - 5g

Instructions

  • Use a protein shaker/bowl to mix together all of the ingredients
  • Pour the mix evenly into your 12 silicone muffin cups
  • Throw them in the freezer for around 2 hours
