  • 4 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk (I like Vanilla)
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 8 Ounces Coffee Pumpkin
  • ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Ounce Pecans or Any Other Nut
  • 2 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ Banana Frozen
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Ice *Optional
