Ingredients

  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 3 Large Egg Whites
  • 6 Tablespoons Coconut Flour - or Almond Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - Chocolate
  • 1 Ounce Milk Substitute - or Milk
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Chocolate - Dark
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Melt your Dark Chocolate
  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a donut pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and evenly distribute your mix into it (make sure not to cover your donut holes)
  • Top your donuts with whatever you want
  • Bake on 350F/176C for 8-10 minutes
