- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 3 Large Egg Whites
- 6 Tablespoons Coconut Flour or Almond Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
- 1 Ounce Milk Substitute or Milk
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Chocolate Dark
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Melt your Dark Chocolate
Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
Mix everything together
Take out a donut pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and evenly distribute your mix into it (make sure not to cover your donut holes)
Top your donuts with whatever you want
