Materials

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 Large Whole Egg or 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 3 Ounces Cream Cheese Fat Free (or Cottage Cheese)
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned
  • 8 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into balls
  • Put your balls into the oven on 450F/232C for 15-20 minutes
