Materials

  • 1 ½ Cups Pastry Flour Whole Wheat
  • 10 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • 3 Ounces Water
  • 5.3 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips Dark
  • 1 Ripe Avocado

Instructions

  • Melt your Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Add all of your ingredients into a large bowl and mix everything together until it’s smooth
  • Coat whatever you’re cooking your cake in with some non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in
  • Bake on 350F/176C for 25-30 minutes
