Materials

  • Espresso Enough for a Single or Double Shot of Espresso
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder 30g (Compliment your Espresso flavor)
  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk (2 Ounces)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract or 2 Tablespoons 10g Cocoa Powder for a Chocolate Flavor
  • Honey or Other Sweetener *Optional

Instructions

  • Grind your Coffee
  • Make your Espresso
  • Add the rest of your ingredients into a shaker bottle and shake them up
  • Pour your mix into your Espresso
