  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt - Fat Free Vanilla or Plain
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2.6 Ounces Eggnog - ⅓ Cup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - Vanilla


  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix them together
