- 15 Ounces Black Beans Reduced Sodium
- 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 4 Scoops Protein Powder Chocolate
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Instant Coffee
- 9 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites or 3 Large Egg Whites
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips Sugar Free
- 2 Tablespoons Nutella
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- ⅛ Cup Syrup Sugar Free
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
Combine all of your ingredients into a food processor or really powerful blender
Process/blend everything together
Take out a baking dish or pan and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
Pour your mix into it
Bake on 350F/176C for 20-25 minutes
