Taco Tuna Burgers

Taco Tuesday just got upgraded with some Taco Tuna Burgers! This healthy meal prep recipe is packed with protein and all the right flavors.

Materials

  • 4 Cans Tuna
  • 1 Cup Celery
  • 1 Cup Yellow Onion
  • 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
  • 10 ⅓ Ounces Cream of Mushroom 98% Fat Free
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix Lower Sodium
  • 8 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats

Instructions

  • Drain your Tuna
  • Take out a large bowl and add your drained Tuna into it
  • Turn your Rolled Oats into Oat Flour by blending or processing them until they look like flour
  • Chop up your Celery and Yellow Onion
  • Add in your chopped Celery, Yellow Onion, Oat Flour, and the rest of your ingredients into the large bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into burgers
  • Cook on 400F/204C for 10-12 minutes
