- 4 Cans Tuna
- 1 Cup Celery
- 1 Cup Yellow Onion
- 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
- 10 ⅓ Ounces Cream of Mushroom 98% Fat Free
- 1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix Lower Sodium
- 8 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats
Drain your Tuna
Take out a large bowl and add your drained Tuna into it
Turn your Rolled Oats into Oat Flour by blending or processing them until they look like flour
Chop up your Celery and Yellow Onion
Add in your chopped Celery, Yellow Onion, Oat Flour, and the rest of your ingredients into the large bowl
Mix everything together
Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into burgers
Cook on 400F/204C for 10-12 minutes
