Materials

  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • Cup Sweetener
  • 4 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Ounce Pecans
  • 2 Pounds Sweet Potatoes Cooked/Canned

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a large bowl aside from 1/2 of your Pecans
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out at least a 9'' baking pan and coat it with non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour your mix in
  • Top with Ground Cinnamon and the rest of your Pecans
  • Bake on 350F/176C for 60-75 minutes
