- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- ½ Cup Sweetener
- 5 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
- 3 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¾ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- 4 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Molasses
- ¼ Cup Syrup Sugar Free
Take out a blender or food processor and blend your Rolled Oats until they look like flour
Add all of your dry ingredients into a large bowl
Mix them together
Add all of your wet ingredients into a separate bowl
Mix them together
Slowly mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients
Take out a muffin pan, coat it with non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix into each muffin spot almost all the way to the top
Top with Ground Cinnamon and anything else you want
Bake on 350F/176C for 10-15 minutes
