Ingredients

  • 3 ½ Pounds Chicken Breast - 56 Ounces
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic - or 3 Cloves
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 6 Ounces Carrots - 170g
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 ½ Cups Lentils - 270g
  • 12 Teaspoons Chili Sauce - 60g Sriracha
  • 16 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce - 288g
  • 2-3 Cups Water

Instructions

  • Take out your Chicken Breast, trim the fat off of them, and cut them in half
  • Chop up your Sweet Onion and Carrots
  • Add everything into your slow cooker
  • Mix everything around
  • Turn your slow cooker on Low for 6 hours
