Ingredients

  • 4 Pounds Chicken Breast - 64 Ounces
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom - 10.75 Ounces/305g 98% Fat Free
  • ½ Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Minced Garlic - or 3 Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 6 Ounces Mushrooms - 160g
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 12 Ounces Carrots - 340g
  • 2 Cups Water - 16 Ounces
  • 1 Packet Onion Gravy Mix - 24g

Instructions

  • Chop up your Red Onion, Sweet Potatoes, Russet Potatoes, Carrots, and Mushrooms
  • Cut your Chicken Breast into small pieces (around 1'')
  • Add all of your ingredients into your slow cooker
  • Mix everything together
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours
