Materials

  • 1.3 Pounds Ground Turkey 93/7 (or Ground Beef)
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  • 4 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
  • 3 Tablespoons Chili Sauce Sriracha
  • 3 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Fat Free
  • ½ Red Onion Chopped

Instructions

  • Process or blend your Rolled Oats until they turn into flour
  • Add all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Shape your mix into burgers
  • Coat your pan or grill with non-stick cooking spray
  • Cook them on Medium Heat for 4-4 1/2 minutes a side
