Materials

Protein Cereal

  • 8 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk (1 Cup)
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 Serving Cereal Your Choice

Protein Oatmeal

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 5.3 Ounces Water ⅔ Cup
  • 2.6 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk (⅓ Cup)
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener *Optional (or Regular Sweetener)

Instructions

Protein Cereal

  • Add your Milk and Protein Powder into a bowl or shaker bottle
  • Mix or shake them together until your Protein Powder is mixed in
  • Add in your Cereal

Protein Oatmeal

  • Combine your Milk, Rolled Oats, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl
  • Microwave your Oatmeal for around 2 minutes
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients while still hot
  • Mix everything together
