- 4 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter 16 Tablespoons
- 4 ½ Scoops Protein Powder
- 15 Drops Liquid Sweetener or Regular Sweetener
- 2 Servings Chocolate Chips
- 1 Box Raisins 1.5 Ounces Seedless
