Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes Instant Pudding - Fat Free Sugar Free Banana Cream
  • 2 ½ Cups Milk Substitute - or Milk (20 Ounces)
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - 45g Vanilla or Banana
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • ½ Cup Whipped Topping
  • 1 Pre-made Pie Crust - Fat Free or Reduced Fat

Instructions

  • Mix your Instant Pudding, Protein, and Milk together with a whisk or hand mixer for 1-2 minutes
  • Cut your Banana into slivers
  • Lightly mix your slivers in
  • Pour your mix into your Pie Crust
  • Cover
  • Put it into the fridge for around 2-3 hours
  • Layer the top with your Whipped Topping
