  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Full, Reduced, or Fat Free
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder Your choice flavor
  • ¼ Cup Sweetener I like Erythritol
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Perfect Keto Nut Butter Your choice flavor
  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Xanthan Gum

Keto Chocolate Layer

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 10 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips Sugar Free

Instructions

Keto Ice Cream Layer

  • Mix or process all of your ingredients together until smooth (no more chunks)

Keto Chocolate Layer

  • Melt your ingredients together in either the microwave or on the stovetop

Ice Cream Cups

  • Evenly distribute your Ice Cream Layer into your cups
  • Top with your Chocolate Layer
  • Put them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes or until frozen
