  • 100 g Blueberries Frozen
  • 15 g Spinach
  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute
  • ½ Container Greek Yogurt Your Choice Flavor
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Your Choice Flavor

Optional Toppings

  • 25 g Granola
  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds or Hemp Seed Hearts
