Fluffy protein pancakes made easy! These delicious pancakes are healthy, only take a few minutes to make, and you only 5 ingredients!

Materials

  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 1 Banana Ripe
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder Your choice flavor
  • ¼ Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Mix everything together until smooth while mashing in your Banana (using a fork works best)
  • Take out a stovetop pan, turn your burner on medium heat, and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour your mix in and cook each side for around 2 minutes
