- ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning or Powder
- 2-3 Large Egg Whites
- ½ Cup Pizza Sauce or Pasta Sauce (Lowest sodium one you can find)
- 1 ½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Full Fat
- Slices Pepperoni *Optional
Take out a stovetop pan, add in a little Olive Oil, and brown your Beef or Turkey over Medium-High heat (it should take around 5 minutes)
Drain your meat if there’s a lot of juice
Coat a pie dish with some non-stick cooking spray and add your browned meat into it while pressing down to shape your “meat” crust
Evenly distribute 2-3 Egg Whites into your meat crust
Add on your toppings
Bake it on 350F/176C for 25-30 minutes or until your cheese is melted
It tastes great cold if you don’t have a way to heat it up!
