- 1 Pound Ground Chicken
- 1 Large Whole Egg or 2 Large Egg Whites
- 3 Ounces Cream Cheese Fat Free (or Cottage Cheese)
- ½ Cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned
- 8 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
