Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken16 Ounces
  • 1 Large Whole Eggor 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 3 Ounces Cream Cheese84g Fat Free (or Cottage Cheese)
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs56g Seasoned
  • 8 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese40g Grated
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into balls
  • Put your balls into the oven on 450F/232C for 15-20 minutes

    These meatballs were awesome! Made them for dinner last week. The store was out of ground chicken so I made them with turkey. 🙂
