Cheesy Chicken Low Carb Meatballs Recipe

Cheesy! Chicken! Meatballs! Some of the best balls you’ll ever put in your mouth! These Low Carb Meatballs are packed with flavor, easy to make, and GREAT for meal prep!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Pound (16 Ounces) Ground Chicken
  • 1 Large Egg (or 2 Large Egg Whites)
  • 3 Ounces (84g) Fat Free Cream Cheese (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 1/2 Cup (56g) Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 8 Tablespoons (40g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • Saturated Fat: 1.5g
  • Sodium: 87.3mg
  • Carbs: 4.2g
  • Fiber: .3g
  • Sugar: .5g
  • Protein: 13.3g

How to make:

  1. Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix everything together
  3. Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into balls
  4. Put your balls into the oven on 450°F/232°C for 15-20 minutes


  • They’ll last in the fridge around 5-7 days!
  • Let your cream cheese soften up a bit outside the fridge so it mixes in easier!
